There was a king whose best friend was a Prime Minister who always said “whatever happens, happens for good”. The king once had an accident and lost one finger. When the Prime Minister, upon such a tragedy again repeated his famous aphorism the king was most upset and punished his Prime Minister by putting him in jail. Soon after the king went for a hunting expedition and lost his way. He was captured by the tribals and was about to be sacrificed to their goddess. At the last minute the king examined the priest and upon finding a finger missing, declared him to be unfit for a sacrifice. The king was let off. Returning to his kingdom full of remorse he visited the Prime Minister and apologized for jailing him. The Prime Minister said, “whatever happens, happens for good. Imagine if you had not jailed me and therefore I had gone with you for hunting, I would have surely been sacrificed”!!

I write this story to only bring forth the point, we need to be able to see the meaning behind happenings. Of course we do our very best to achieve what we set out to. All of us realize success seldom comes. In such a situation one needs to understand the hidden meaning and pointers behind the failure, created by the higher intelligence. In recent years, I have gained immensely by developing the understanding behind happenings, positive or negative. In fact all my recent success is based on the Intelligence gathered from failures.
