Yoga : Science of the soul

“Awareness” and the practice of the science of yoga is one of the most precious gems I have collected in this lifetime. Being born in the country where yoga was born thousands of years ago has been a real blessing. Having practiced it for more than 30 years has opened some of the greatest secret doors and chamber of life for me.

Yoga is existential, experiential, experimental. No belief is required and no faith is needed – only the courage to experience.

There are many illusions and incorrect understanding about yoga. Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is not posture or a tool for detoxing or for physical beauty. Yoga is a pure science like mathematics, chemistry or physics.

Physics being discovered largely by Christians does not make it Christian. Likewise, it is only accidental Hindus discovered it. Yoga is pure science & Patanjali is the greatest scientists of this sphere of science.

Yoga is an inward training. When you are not moving toward the past, then you start moving within yourself – becoming your being in the here and now.

Yoga is also not a philosophy. It is not something you can think about. Thinking is from the head, yoga needs your total being. It is about the ultimate laws of being – the laws of its transformation, the laws of how to die and be reborn again. That is why it is a science.

Yoga Teaches: Bliss is your intrinsic nature. It is nothing to be achieved or learned; It is nothing to be found somewhere. You are born with it.

The father of the science of yoga is Patanjali. If you follow him you will discover he is as exact as a mathematical principles. Do what he says and the results will be as predicted.
